Wow, so maybe the opposite of CG1. Find someone smart that is eager to learn and contribute
Yea just do the opposite of cap 1
I bet CG1 also does a quick filter on cup size
Rewarding people who made a decision at 17/18 to join your fraternity with a high-paying job does not make for a wise recruiter.
Now understand why Cap is the way it is
Let @C1 hire the douchebags first, then swoop in after.
And note: I was in a large fraternity at a heavy Greek school. The guys were fun but they're a bunch of idiots some(most)times.
I am serious and don't call me surely.
I always look for 1) members of my fraternity, 2) other fraternity and sorority participants , 3) band members, believe it or not. I almost always skip anybody with any sports experience at all, though I've regretted that a few times.
Sometimes I look for technical expertise in some area but more often than not just confidence and ability to communicate.
Everything else is just boilerplate
I worked for PWC for years , don't kid yourself sweetheart
Eager and ability to contribute kinda goes without saying but apparently not with you schlubs, but those things being equal that's my criteria listed above
Look for strong overall candidates- decent gpa, sports involvement, summer internships, a well rounded candidate, and someone you enjoy talking with, who's a team player and not a douche.
I got it , you just want the stupid canned safe answer instead of what people actually do. Rock on, drone
GDI - I stay away from frat bros
CG1, you are delusional if you think what you do is what most people actually do. Some firms actually do value diversity of experience.
