I constantly can’t make it past six months of dating someone. I’ve been with someone for a few months now and we’re getting closer to that milestone and it’s like something in my brain flips. Everything they do is suddenly driving me nuts. Some of it legitimate concerns that were there since the beginning of our relationship that I saw past because of the feelings I was developing. Others totally random stuff that’s driving me nuts. Any advice? I really thought I was ready for this.

HR said he will get back to me after contacting hiring manager and then after 2 days he said that they couldn’t revise salary as that was the max they can provide for that band. Received a job offer. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on a concern I had about it. It's an entry level position, and I don't have much experience. The billables are 2040 a year. For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? It seems like most attorneys I know have minimum requirements of around 1800. The compensation is around 80k a year.

Transferring to Vancouver from Arizona for a utility. They transferred my us salary to cad so salary will be 250k base and 150k bonus. Salary is same but after taxes it’s a 20 % drop in net salary.
