What are you email checking habits after hours or on weekends? Email, Teams message/call notifications gives me anxiety. I am constantly checking my emails and if not social media but my phone is always with me. I feel I need to keep my phone with me to check my and when there are no emails I am on social media. I feel like my brain constantly needs something to feed on.

I’ve recently moved into a new apartment and from the beginning it was a nightmare (place wasn’t properly cleaned, person upstairs is ridiculously loud) I’m paying more than the average rent for the area (almost $3k after paying for parking and other fees) where average rent in this area is like 1800-2000 max.
