Underrated: not sure
Overated: ACN - just my personal opinion, ACN holds the weight that it does purly because of its size...
Also side note, I don't think IBM should be included here. Yes they have consulting services, but they're a product company.
Would love to hear any opinions / counters on this^
I mean sure, but their consulting arm still pulled in more revenue in FY18 than any of the Big 4 (they were in a dead heat with Deloitte).

IBM is super underrated. I’m at OW and some of my rockstar colleagues came from IBM. They’re not a strategy shop but they do literally everything in the consulting arena. Comp isn’t great and some things aren’t well structured as they are at other firms, from what I hear, but a solid company nonetheless.

Smaller firms can be great at very specific topics, e.g. healthcare/pharma DDs for LEK... it’s all about finding the right consultancy team for the specific problem at hand.
