Hey Moms! Looking to start a family. Two factors (1) I'm turning 30 next year and (2) I'll be a 2nd year SC up for M in S&O. Any tips on timing? Do you know of anyone who has been pregnant their promotion year?

Have been struggling to get a normal pregnancy with the first one resulting in a D&C at 6 weeks last July and the second one in abnormal ultrasound at 12 weeks with doctor’s recommendation of D&E this Feb. Did anyone have a similar journey and how did you cope with it? Did you get your rainbow baby?

Today is my first day back at work (and first full day back in my physical office) after a few weeks off for parental leave. Needless to say, I am struggling to stay focused on anything other than wanting to go back home to my spouse and child. This one is for the moms: my husband and I are trying to conceive and I’m wondering what life will look like once we have a baby. I have a job where I work completely from home/remote, and I’m wondering if I will need childcare services of some kind. Is it possible for me to handle taking care of a baby while working a full-time job from home? Is it crazy to think I can do this myself? I’d like to think, if it’s necessary, I could adjust my work hours and do a little when my husband gets home.

Seeking advice on how to choose between a mid tier technical accounting advisory offer and Big 4 audit. Worked in audit at a local firm and wanted a bigger platform. Would love to switch to advisory to be more well rounded. Mid tier advisory offers higher salary but also thinking big 4 has a better platform and maybe better exit opportunities in the long run? Insights please.
