Generally, No. Based on what you replied on the first comment, FSD 1 is correct. Why stay in a company where you can't advance yourself and your career because of the poor processes. Give yourself a favor and send applications on big firms that can development your skill set.
Are you not part of that poor management and those poor processes. Maybe it wouldn't be low value work if you were trying to improve it. Rather than waiting to be told what to do
You probably aren't the only one, but on the off chance you are it's a sinking ship. Plenty of successful tech firms
