Hey guys/gals. Hoping to get some guidance on here. I’m considering making a pivot into industry (Big Pharma specifically) towards the end of next year (right after I’m up for promotion to Manager). Ideally exiting into industry in the marketing function. The problem is I’m not sure what marketing role my background best prepares me for. More on my background below…
Are the exit opportunities better in Internal Audit/Business Process than IT Audit? All I hear is how awful IT Audit is but don’t hear as much complaining from the business side

Starting a new contract role in NYC and it’s a phenomenal opportunity but they have a hybrid method for going into the office. Which is fine l, would prefer to only have to go in two days a week. Evidently they are going to push for going in full time and I am trying to figure out how to work out a deal where I can still work from home and go on only a couple times a week. Any suggestions?

Hi! Our agency is looking for a new creative project management software specifically to share content assets with capabilities to provide feedback on creative within the platform. Agency peeps - When it comes for the need to build processes from scratch for new solutions that serve a scope of work, do your teams expect the Strategist or the PM to do that?
