CO resident here. I’d expect that it will go away as your muscles get stronger. I 2nd lots of water and stretching. Also, hiking poles for anything steep to put less strain on your joints. Having a hot tub to soak in after hikes is great too.
Supportive shoes for sure, and stretching. If you’re doing a lot of hills, it puts a lot of stress on your calves. Mine are tight to begin with, so I notice changes in terrain and their effect quickly, and same with if I wear the wrong shoes.
Look up kneesovertoesguy on Instagram and start doing his leg stuff.

Stretching for sure and maybe try Physocal Therapy
Go to a physical therapist or a doctor. Stop seeking medical advice from fishbowl
Try yoga if you’re near a studio!
Potentially loose weight, or strength train your legs
And drink a ton of water
Supportive hiking boots 100%. Epson salt bath afterward. Elevate your feet afterward. Lots of h20 and stretching
