I recently joined EY at 45% hike, did not work at all due to heavy travel. I am looking forward to this role for work life balance and stability considering I have young kids. Its 20 min drive from my home

I moved to get off the road. Better hours, bit more of a normal pace. Definitely miss some components of consulting lifestyle and org, but overall definitely an improved place mentally.

Positives = way better work life balance, more civilized/ professional interactions, broader reach/ more areas to move to later on, you don't have to worry about contribution/ extra unpaid work Negatives = slower pace, more bureaucracy, more rigid advancement, fewer vacation days (slightly), older group of people/fewer social events

Yes. A bit of paycut though as the location is different ( NY vs NJ) Assuming more stability and work life balance

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
