Moving from internal consulting to external consulting, does it make sense for someone junior (3-4 YoE)?

I am a Senior 3 at EY GDS with 13 years of experience. Current CTC is 22 LPA and the current rating is Progressive. I am in the presales domain. Got an offer from SLK which is offering 33 LPA with 12 % Variable and a Senior Manager position. Should I join SLK considering the market correction they are offering? I did this. Did 2 years in consulting (I'm not a sales person.. I'm more an SME) then went back into industry. You can do it... and certainly in your junior years.
