EY India is hiring. DM if you want referral

I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

Depends on the role, responsibility, pay.
Coming in lower will likely make you a top performer, up for promotion. However, coming in higher will bring more pay and you won’t need to worry about promotion timelines right away. But you’re adjustment could be more challenging as they’ll expect you to hit the ground running faster and need less guidance.
Some firms might automatically put you at the lower level because you haven’t met the tenure/requirements for the higher level.
If you’re ready for the next level, go for it!
I was in a similar position 3-4 years ago. I interviewed for the higher level, but got offered the lower level simply because of YOE. I was paid well for my level, seen as a top performer, and have now been promoted twice. I didn’t enjoy feeling like I was placed a level behind where I thought I should have been though. That made me less motivated, especially since people in my graduating class were a level ahead. Now it’s finally evened out.
