Anyone buying in Manhattan/Brooklyn and understand the broker game? I have a good real estate agent with a company from Ravies, but it seems other brokers give her the run around. For example there is place I wanted to see and the selling broker (cocoran) told her they are only showing to all cash clients. So I emailed the broker on street easy and went to see the property alone and they didn’t mention any all cash requirement.
