Moving to Toronto from Dallas ( ex human capital consultant). I am in advanced discussion in joining TD bank in their change management team (as a senior manager). Anyone have an idea around salary? Work culture at TD? And exit opportunities if I want to find another role in Toronto down the line?

SM = Level 11; around 120k to 14Xk; bonus around 17% to 34%; stocks; DC Pension Plan

Base spot on, but bonus a bit too ambitious. Depends on individual performance and how the bank's doing overall. For change management, I don't think you hit 30%+ unless you're an exceptional performer.

Idk about your salary for your level but culture is one of the worst that I’ve heard about among my friends. I have a ton a friends that work in corporate and there’s only one that likes it bc it’s comp. driven. Nevertheless, don’t let that deter you bc my view may be biased and Toronto is a hell of a city and I’m sure at the sm level it won’t be difficult to find an exit in a year or so
