I’m a Director level Account Executive with TC of $250k (Base 160k, Bonus, Commission and Stock $90k per year) and 15+ years of experience (4 in industry and role). I’m turning 30 next month and it’s kind of hitting me. I’ve been reflecting on my post college years and feel like I wasted my 20s by focusing on work vs living life. People in my firm are dropping like flies… new resignations come in every other day. I work at a BB investment bank and wonder if I should start recruiting too. Is it good to stay with people leaving (more opportunity for junior folks like me)?

Need advice on some situation. I have 2 offers. Second offer i received after accepting 1st one during notice period. And they have offered little bit less than 1st company but have said to give a revised offer letter by the end of this week. Meanwhile head of data science from 1st company is asking me to enroll in some paid course (by company) and has given me option to choose and revert back by tomorrow. I am not sure I'll be joining them and cannot reject the offer right now. Any advice?
