How do you guys celebrate your bdays? Turning 35, don’t have friends nearby as I have been moving with husband since I was 25. Have a 3yo, so just 3 of us are a tight family. I want to feel good and do something that might be really nice and celebratory. Usually we get a cake and cut it between the three of us. Moms, what do you do with your children‘s creative output? I.e. pictures they have drawn, arts and crafts projects, etc.? I find it hard to throw things away and am keeping too many things. With 4 children, this is a problem (mess). What‘s your policy? E.g. do you keep things for a month and then decide what to keep and what to throw away? Do you discuss with them or just quietly let things disappear?

Help! I am only getting 1-3hrs of sleep per night with my soon to be 6mo old. I am hesitant to sleep train using cry it out, the 5/10min one seems to make it worse... what to do?!

FTM here and going through a few birth plans so I can actually create mine. Why does each and everyone of those plans has NO EPIDURAL mentioned and yes in all caps? Why would so many women not want to take epidural. I understand the reason of being able to feel the birth but is there any other reason like a side effect? What am I missing?
