Hi can any mamas out there speak / give advice to breastfeeding beyond a year old? My mom keeps making comments as my son nears his 1st bday, that now is the time to be weaning him, switching to cows milk. I have no issues breastfeeding him and he seems to enjoy it. The only lingering worry I have is that I have no idea what quantity he takes from me and whether I am meeting his nutritional needs with my milk. He obviously also has solids 3x a day and BFs on demand before and after daycare.
