I would think so right? Your body is fighting an infection and hence producing antibodies that your breast milk will contain. This is great for the baby even later on.
One of our donor moms expressed milk specifically when she had Covid and gave me antibody rich milk for my baby 🥹
D1, yes, I couldn’t produce milk at all and solely survived on donor breastmilk until my son hit 1! Forever grateful to them 😊
Yep safe. I have no evidence except that I had severe food poisoning w vomiting and diarrhea for 2 weeks when baby was 1 month old, fed him throughout and literally nothing happened to him, he was happy throughout.
