Has anyone here started in recruiting/TA, with no degree or experience? If so, how much was your starting pay, and where are you now position/salary-wise? I started my TA role 5 months ago, WAY below all these salaries I've seen on here, but I have no degree and I started with zero experience, so I'm not sure where to go from here..

Baby sleep/care during covid question for those with older covid era babies: I’m coming back from mat leave in March when baby will be 5.5 months. We have a small two bedroom in the city. Husband has special computer equipment for work and works out of what should be the nursery, and always past 7 pm. I plan on getting a small desk in our bedroom. Hot take: consultants at MBB have big egos and seem to promote the idea that they're the "best of the best" not realizing that, in 2021, the "best of the best" works in "tech" typically as engineers and consultants are actually just overworked also rans with oversized egos.
