Is $55k before taxes low for Marketing Coordinator Salary?

I’ve been the Marketing Coordinator at a small real estate private equity firm since I graduated (Marketing BBA) from college in May 2021. The firm is small & heavily relies on me, yet I feel overwhelmed & undervalued. Not only am I delegated to my marketing tasks, but non-marketing related projects & tasks. I initially started at 45k, so I’ve had raises & a few bonuses within a short time. Am I selfish? or am I worth more?
