My BGV is showing as completed on ionboard hcl but I haven’t given my form 16, bank statements etc… does that mean BGV is not done properly…

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.
