You know that you may have grounds for a wrongful termination lawsuit, right?
The office has proven to be nor productive since she is in office. She is in trouble, so she is scapegoating to save face. Word is HQ wants to fire her, they wanted to promote him but she just sabatoged that. I found all this out with my meeting with my other manager. It would be her word against mine. Only thing I can think of is whistleblowing as her lack of professionalism and work ethic causes bad customer experience- its a yacht rental company.
I’d share any proof you have at all or any records of harassment ASAP. there is no reason for this person to be allowed to rise without consequences for their behavior. 👏🏽
I have no hard evidence, did not take photos unfortunately. No HR, she said she was HR and what she says goes.
What do I do? Shes destroying my reputation and I worked sooo hard to make a difference and positive change. The amount of unprofessionalism is insane, drinking on the job, constantly talking down to me and being dismissive, disappearing together to go be intimate, throwing rubber bands at each other at work,
