My boss is leaving soon but my full year anniversary hasn't come up yet. How do I go about making sure I get a promotion?

Not even a year? Stop focusing on a promotion. Do good work.

like

Lol. You don't.

like

I hate when people are like oh not even a year why are you asking to be promoted. In media an associate is promoted between 8-10 months. I don't see why entry level workers can't be promoted within a year especially if they mastered their current projects. 🙄

Simple. Then go into media.
