Sooo my nanny fell asleep holding the baby. My husband and I work from home. So, he walked in, saw them and put the baby in the crib.

I had a baby a few months ago. I’m currently at a midsize regional firm with 1750 billables and $140k salary, that does not allow regular WFH. I’m considering lateraling to a firm that would be 1900 billables (with 200 “development” hours on top of that) but potentially allow full WFH and the salary would be at least $50k higher.

Any advice on deciding between the two? My thinking is that the WFH and higher salary would make up for the higher billables, but I go back and forth.

Leased a new Audi Quattro vehicle. Car ate through the original tires in 17k miles. Outer part of the tires were wasted, but the inside still had a lot of tread. I think there’s an issue with the alignment. Audi says they won’t check the alignment unless I pay up, claim it’s not covered by warranty or my maintenance plan. Anyone had a similar issue?
