Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

not sure. when did the industry start?
True
HR is so iffy it honestly never occurred to me to NOT do this. How would you feel any sense of agency+allegiance to your team if you didn’t?
Bigger challenge: Support, listen to, pay, and promote your female, LGBTQ, and BIPOC peers. Everyone happily jumps on board with supporting fresh young faces whom they can project their own hopes and aspirations onto, but most seem to lose interest once those individuals gain enough experience and perspective to start having opinions, asking questions, or posing a competitive threat.
I LOVE the intent and energy of your post. BIG Props!
I am also pleasantly surprised by the number of likes and responses.
That said, I wonder if we're not just an industry of whiners who LOVE to b*tch, but rarely DO anything that requires even minimal effort.
I recently posted an industry survey that asked people what they would love to change in the industry and got very few responses. Not enough people have taken the survey, even though it's been posted through several channels. Thus, my point above.
If everyone that responded to your post actually took the survey and shared with at least 10 others (and got most of them to take it), we would be getting closer to having the data we need to share with industry pubs and start a bigger conversation with agencies.
Prove me wrong ya'll...

Thank you! 🙏🏼

I heard that this is a real thing. ”Back-loading? In example: listing jobs that don’t ”actually ” exist. Have heard that recruiter doesn’t know that they may be listing non-existent positions?
Furthermore, when did a ”junior” position start as 2+ years of experience? And interns as 1+years of experience?
Have you guys, like, not been involved in your own hiring until now?
