My chest sometimes feels tight/tense since the past two months. Like once every few days. What could it be? Should I see a doctor? 22/m, healthy overall except some mild epilepsy

Kinda stressed out since the past two months as well because I have a lot of work and I am planning a move overseas

I have this too, got an EKG and everything. All was fine and doc did an anxiety screening abs essentially said I had severe anxiety. You should get it checked out though!

Are you perhaps too stressed out? I have felt this before when I was stressed out of my mind for months on end

What helped for me is to take vacation and fully disconnect and building in a routine with a healthy diet, plenty of sleep and exercise. It wouldn’t hurt to see a doctor to ensure it’s not something else though, they may have some good advice as well

Sounds like anxiety . You should speak to your dr

Most likely anxiety / stress (it sucks I know...) but worth doing a check up to make sure it's all ok, just getting you chest checked and maybe an ECG.

Hi! I’m an EKG tech. If you saw a doc and ran an stress test, came out to be nothing, it could possibly be the cartilage in your sternum swelling up especially when you over stress. When that happens, it deters the rib cage and muscles from being able to expand, hence, chest pain/tightness symptoms. I’ve had this happened to me in the middle of the night, went through the whole process with cardio, just find that out. May I suggest taking a day off, ignore calls, and do something you enjoy. 🙂

See a doctor to make sure it’s not your heart. You only have one. I had that chest pressure several years ago and it turned out to be work stress but they found a birth defect I didn’t know I had that needed to be watched. Had a heart valve replaced 20 years later before it became a problem. Health is important and you need to take care of yourself

Need suggestions for how to make cauliflower rice not taste like cauliflower. Usually eat it with seasoned chicken and veggies. I like regular cauliflower but for some reason, riced cauliflower has a stronger cauliflower taste for me?
