If a loan is shown in your account then u must get a credit in any of your account then u can directly contact the IDFC bank & ask the details of ur loan as ur loan account number might be showing cibil or might be possible that the report is incorrect
Does it show as drawn or undrawn?
Sometimes banks provide an overdraft account which may reflect as an undrawn loan. It won't impact your credit score.
It just says it's a personal loan and status is being shown as active. Nothing of drawn or undrawn I can see.
Yeah. I've got that too. It's most likely an overdraft account. You can easily confirm that by comparing the last 4 digits of the account numbers on the report and you bank's app/netbanking.
Or by reaching out to your bank's customer care.
Yes. Check for any pay later option u selected in any app. Usually it goes unnoticed while subscribing. Flipkart, ola,Amazon etc
Its more like a Pay later account that you might have used earlier
Does it say ‘Capital Float’?
No, I didn't apply for a credit line . I also tried to report issue via cred but getting an error on the portal, will continue trying on this!
Also it states there is no due amount as I paid it in the ticked months shown below. There was no deduction from my account so still confused on what happened here.
Did they realise this to be incorrect and auto settle from their end ? Not sure.
I also faced same issue, tagged loan of amount 4k with IDFC bank even I dont hold any account with IDFC, Are you using flipkart pay later service? I think this tagged loan come from those services only.
I have never selected that option for any of my purchases yet
