Hi, My current CTC 19.2 YOE 10, skill set .Net, Azure and K8S.

I have got offer from EY with 28.5 fixed + 2.85 Variable.
Also got breakup of 35(33.25 fixed and 1.75 variable) from ATOS.
When I have tried to re negotiate with EY HR to match amount from ATOS. She was saying EY doesn't have that policy of giving counter offer, her personal thought is won't be possible 99%, but she will update later if there is any scope.

Please share your thoughts shoud I wait for EY GDS or go with ATOS.

We brought our 8 week old puppy home last Saturday and he is eating very little. Getting a bit worried, he’s drinking and has energy, but only eats 1/4-1/2 cup of food total per day. How long should I give him to adjust to our home? We’re feeding him the same food as the breeder. Any advice appreciated.
