How long to make your 90 dials?

Keep an eye on that contact ratio. If that's the percentage you get over a week or so, you need to get a new list. Sometimes that happens, but it shouldn't be that low very often. (I'm assuming it's a business list, not residential)

Ah I hear ya now - deff possible, though an outlier of a VERY good day. Who knows how many of those meetings will show as well

Been working on mostly (about 70%) public sector policy and strategy at Big 4 for most of my career. Often go up against MBB on RFPs and have a decent win rate. What is the main difference between what a Manager and a Senior Manager? My client is very money conscious and thinks SM rates are silly for what they “get.” Obviously you manage sales, but that’s internal... clients don’t get that benefit.

Transitioned into consulting post-MBA (1.5 years ago) and generally enjoyed the experience. Since I joined my comp has gone up ~13% and I’ve liked my project teams but in my most recent review talk my partner told me he thought I was ready to be promoted and had advocated for me but there was an HR rule against it and I was on-track to be promoted in 6 months. Since then I’ve learned that one of my classmates (started 2-3 months before me due to COVID) was promoted last cycle.
