We don’t follow SAFe yet but we are moving towards that methodology, so we have the SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) available through work (which I am signed up to complete). My question is from the resume perspective does the SSM cert have the same significance as CSM?

Hello Sharks, I need genuine suggestions regarding whether join Accentute Or not. My doj in 9th March but till now I'm not allocated in any project. I read many negative comments about accentute bench policy and pip program. Also there are 10% layoff policy.. Is it true??..
