Over a 25+ yr career in consulting, I’ve found that after 5-7 years of doing the same thing, I feel I am no longer learning and growing and I get bored. My solution has been a combination of switching consulting firms, leaving consulting for a while, and (most commonly) switching the type of work I do and/or what group I am in.
If I switch into a new type of work that I am interested in, I once again feel challenged and that I am learning and growing, and that resets the clock for me.

Also take up a hobby. Get off the road
Or switch to slalom and find a hobby to do in your free time
OP, why are you tired? Work related pressure or personal issues?
Determine what excites you, what bothers you. Talk to your client and find out their problems. Promise them that you ate going to bat for them and truly start batting for them, even if it means putting them above your company, above your interests. Their outlook will change and even yours will change.
Thank you, all - will combine your thoughts and take actions.
