Do you live in PST and work with EST clients? Or your clients are legit psychopaths and work at 6am local time? I used to get annoyed that we can only schedule client meetings between 9-3 ET and never on Friday afternoons but it seems like a blessing now.
This seems prevalent in the oil and gas industry. My last client also started their work day around 7am - I had to adjust and get to the office everyday at the crack of dawn. I was miserable.

What’s the industry? I’ve seen that type of schedule in various manufacturing industries (alights with the shift work) or oil & gas.
My suggestion is to suck it up. Client gets what they want. I do imagine most of the client team is home at 4pm their time, which might work out for you in some ways.

I’d get your managers take on it and then go to the client. Client may not have a problem with it, they may want a few hours each day of not having you around asking questions. Didn’t mean for that to sound so harsh.
Thank you all for the valuable perspective and tips/coffee recommendations! Think I just needed to have a little pity party, but finishing that up now and ready to embrace the challenge of pre-dawn awakening!
Some of the best opportunities come from being flexible. Try to see from their perspective why they want to meet early and see where you can meet them.
