I had a salary negotiation convo with HR and he gave the breakup through email and I have accepted that breakup ,can anyone say how many days I need to wait for getting offer letter from HCL

I've only been at my company for 9 months. Is it too soon to request a raise? I'm at a point in my career where I'm actively being recruited by people I've worked with previously. I got the job I'm in now through a referral, and have since had two former colleagues reach out and offer a significant increase in salary if I come work with them. I finished my master's degree in December and have done really well in my role, but it's hard to feel satisfied knowing I could be making a lot more.

How much is the relocation bonus amount and what is the process to get that in epam systems? Note: I am relocating for the first time in my career so i have no idea about it. Job location: Bangalore My offer letter does not mention any amount for relocation but the hr said i'll recieve relocation bonus after joining.

Offer in Oracle Support around 110k with shift allowance of additional 10-15% and any additional hour of work on top of daily 8 hrs at 80$ per hour ( potential 8-10 hrs extra salary).

Have seen comp for NACR (restructuring) listed at around 150-200 for analysts, 200-275 for associates, and one mention of senior associates at 375k. Supposedly NACR gets crushed in terms of hours. But i've also read that targets are around 2000 hours per year? Something doesn't add up.....e.g. Associate $550/hr * 25% cap rate * 2000 billable hrs = $275k.......but 2000 hours is slightly over 40 hours a week (including 4 weeks vacay), not the 80 hr/week. So is there a ton of time on vacation?

Would you all prefer the title and role of a manager running a team, but make less money, or be an IC with more salary. I currently have an opportunity to go back to an IC role for much more money ($35k more base plus better benefits) than I'm making now as a manager at my current company. Any thoughts or suggestions?

My wife and I are planning on having kids soon. I’m building a new practice at a new firm. Any advice on juggling both and setting up boundaries? Do I take a week/weeks off when baby is born and just recognize probably no bonus this year? (Salary is good, I’m not desperate for money.)

How to respond to recruiters if you're slightly interested? I get 3-4 recruiters a day hitting me up. I'm not looking to leave currently but I will be in October. Should I bother responding to them?
