My company has started my green card application (PERM has been submitted) and then I married an American citizen. If I continue the process with my company and receive the green card, is it possible to get citizenship with 3 years under the green card instead of the 5 years required under employment?

I am a consultant with 3 years of experience in Big4 India, I have a LA certificate too. Will I be able to get work visa for UK?

Deloitte started my green card process in 2019. Went through prevailing wage last September, then they paused the process I guess due to covid and political reasons. I checked last month and it’s still on a pause. My 6 year H1B is up in 2023. Any suggestions on what to do next or anyone know how long the pause usually last? I am from China mainland. Thank you

I have 14th march as a start date and I don’t know my background verification status.
I emailed BIONBoarding but no response.

I booked an h1 stamping appointment in DEC 2019 but couldn’t go because of the onset of COVID (prior receipt number). I assume the fee is non refundable. Now, I’m trying to book an appointment (I moved out of pwc and using my latest receipt number) but the fee page already has a receipt number prepopulated against my name.

I’m booking an appt for me and my wife. The receipt number text field is empty for her (we haven’t made the payment yet). Any guidance on this?
