In this role I often have to communicate with acct managers + I’ve noticed that they often question/screen me before letting me to do my job. I’ve asked around + others that I started with don’t experience this. I wonder if my “black name” is apart of this. Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
