My company let go of team members and that included the two other people in my same role. I am now handling multiple markets. Is it fair to ask for a compensation change since I know they don’t have anyone to backfill those peoples role in the near future. This includes me traveling during the month and paying out of pocket and then doing a monthly report of expenses.
