Happy Monday fishies!!! Looking forward to a great week 💃🏼 Three job interviews, one asessment, and one is renegotiating a salary counter offer……I’m a bit nervous but feel confident and in control. I don’t feel like this often so I am going to embrace it 🤗 keep you posted! IQVIA and Syneos Health
Hi,
What role I can expect for 6.8yoe developer??
@Social Work Hey guys! Attached is a job posting. The job (Social
Worker at Sheppard Pratt school) pays 34-41/hr which is 70-85k a year depending on experience. It’s a full time job. So benefits included (insurance, 401k, paid time off, sick days) And also bc it’s a social work position at a school, you get at least 4 supervision hours a month. This recruiter sent it to me. So if you’re interested please reach out to me or her. https://www.indeed.com/job/licensed-social-workercounselor-33455f2e7d917b37

Have a chat with your ED and respectfully explain why you think you are deserving of a raise. If you like his response and trust him to take care of you at YE, stick it out. If you think he’s just going to BS you and give you something insignificant, start looking around.
I had a similar situation, if you've been there around a year start looking for a new job. You have good experience and will be able to compete in the interviews at companies that pay more.
I would start applying elsewhere. Get some offers in hand and then use them as leverage to get paid what you deserve. If they won't pay more, I would leave.
