However, I’ve been given advice from people I trust that a CFP certification would be better. I am a licensed attorney so I could take the Capstone course and finish the CFP cert quicker. Anyone have any thoughts on CFP vs CTFA?

I might need to term an employee for performance (located in CA). The term meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom with her manager as well so he can go over the term reasons and I will be covering HR stuff (term paperwork, benefits, paycheck, COBRA, etc). It will be my first time terminating someone, let alone doing this virtually. Any advice?
