My creative team and I were all new and we were doing random/smaller projects but now it’s time for a big project and I can’t get them to follow the official process for big projects. I obvs can’t....
Do i tell business schools that i was on a call center project? It was a leadership opportunity as i progressed to a team lead and lead some training initiatives, but it sounds derogatory to mention that i managed a call center while my counterparts reshaped a company’s supply chain system to increase efficiency or something you know? Would it hold me back?
I'm working on an account that consists of 3 other agencies, each one has it's own project manager. One of the lead PMs developed the timelines for 2019 campaigns and all the rest of us are to (contd)
What is the process of an RFP and winning a project? I am a senior con interested in learning the process of getting business to come in eventually. Is this always done between you and the client in a silo, or are there sometimes competitors in the room as well?
If you're a client who is on top of your stuff and actually sends the support your auditors need, we will love you. I will listen to how you're doing, how you're dog's doing, what's stressing you out, and be very friendly in all my emails and acknowledge your hard work. And when we send out opinion, I will genuinely thank you and say I'm looking forward to next year. Anyone else have some clients that are just amazing to work with?
When your whole client team decides to leave at 4 pm because the boss is out... Should I stay, or should I go?
🔩😰 I screwed up. I made an honest, dumb mistake at work, and the client has caught wind and is upset. I feel terrible to my core. I can't sleep. How can I help the agency move on? How can I move on?
Any good samples on how to represent project experience on your resume? Also, how much information did you divulge i.e. if I say my client was a $260B technology company, is that fine?
How do you convince the client Admins to give you the SAP authorizations you need to do your work?
Just had the worst internship experience at EY. No one to report to, project scope is a mess, people frown upon networking, counsellor defends the team for every mistake they make, and no transparency
Would you guys rather pick driving your own car, rent a car or taking a plane when traveling to client location that’s on the next state over? 2 hour driving vs 4 hour flight
It’s a big week for my client but I’m very much sick after a long holiday break. Should I feel guilty for working from home? Personally I’d be pissed if someone came in sneezing and coughing.
Hello - What are some exit opps for someone with 3 years of cloud pre sales experience in the DC area? Significant other has 10 years of general management and project management experience with fed agencies and is looking for a new opportunity.
What time in the morning are you expected to be at client site ? I️ ask my teams usually by 8:30 when staying at near by hotels. Current team makes sassy remarks and I️ literally don’t get it 🤷🏼♂️

What’s the difference between scale rate and rate we bill the client? Why does our scale rate matter?
How hard to get the projects you want at OW? I have ZERO interest in doing insurance, risk modelS, stress tests... I want to work at OW but is there a chance I'll get stuck into a career doing these?
Christmas gift ideas for a friend (30s, F) newly entering the consulting world? What are your travel lifesavers?
BCG 🐠 - saw a job post for Client Development Manager. Couldn’t find anything on Glassdoor regarding salary range. Anyone have insight into what it might be?
Anyone here intermittent fast? Manager at a previous job swore by it, looking into it now; any 🐟 feel any benefits from it?
Hey team - would appreciate your feedback I'm currently a SC at Guidehouse making ~$100k. Very bored but considered a strong employee and on manager track. I have an offer to join D GPS as an SC with 20-30% more pay. The work would be similar. If I stay at Guidehouse I would likely apply for an MBA in Fall 2021. But if I join D, that would delay an year and I would apply in Fall 2022. What would you recommend from MBA and career sense? At this point, I'd be applying for an MBA at age 31/32.
Has anyone had a digital interview using HireVue? If so, what was your experience? Seems like it replaces the initial HR call.

Any advice for someone looking to transition from a portfolio analyst role to an IB role? Been applying to jobs for almost 6 months now with no luck!
Has anyone gotten covid-19 and willing to share experience? What were your symptoms like? How severe was it? How long did it last? What was your experience with doctors, medications, recommendation, isolating? I know that symptoms vary significantly, but my friend just got it and I'm wondering how other relatively young, relatively healthy people may have experienced the virus.
Have a follow up call with a firm that put my offer on hold due to Covid, what are questions you would ask?
Who else is tired of people who post on here with vague AF titles that don’t give any indication of job role or department? Senior Manager, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Manager, I’m looking at you. These are levels of seniority, not job titles. And they always seem to be the most opinionated.
Just started a meh gig a month ago and was just offered an interview at a a much larger comp across th country w/ a better name. The interview lands on the same day as a deadline I️ have coming up.

Does anyone know if M7 schools offering deferred MBA admission forbid you from applying to other MBA programs down the line if accepted? e.g. say you get accepted to Kellogg/Columbia deferred programs, but want to apply to H/W/S in 2-3 years - are there any issues with this? I’ve anecdotally heard it’s not a problem and you just give up any non-refundable fees deposited but curious to hear if someone knows
Anyone ever taken (or heard of someone taking) a new position while on maternity leave and effectively collecting two paychecks?
