Hi y’all! Hope this is the right bowl to post this question and get advice. I am dealing with an employer that preaches our values. The owner states that the values are important to her etc yet my manager violates these values and is involved in unethical behavior frequently. Example 1: My manager has told specialists (resourcers) that she will pay them under the table in order for her (manager) to get full credit vs splitfor the placement and therefore (barely) hit her target for the quarter.

If I get rejected and then adjust a few headlines is that enough for me to be reconsidered for candidacy?

How can I deal with this situation where a new subordinate keeps calling BS on company values. He makes a very valid point in some cases but it’s a constant battle where he complains a lot. It gotten to a point where HR think he’s always being negative about things. I don’t think start up life is a good fit for him culturally. What can I do?

My performance has always been exceed expectations. He recently became my manager. Today, he reassigned one of my projects without discussing with me. Was so annoyed. CTC: 7.5 lkh

Had few doubts :
1. How is work related to devops and cloud ?
2. Since the tavisca is taken over by JPMC , are all policies and benefits are now applicable to current tavisca employees ?
3.Also if someone can share about pay / bonus / salary structure ( i would discuss this with HR once i clear all rounds )
