My current CTC is 3 lpa and am working in backend development. I have 1 yoe.
I have got an offer of 7 lpa with a start-up for same role.
Shall I accept it or should I wait for better offers ?
One reason I think to accept this offer is that I've applied to many other companies and all offer only 4-5.
Also I see in that many posts that people r getting packages >30lpa. What should I do to reach the levels ?

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

Litigation associates— 4th to 6th years— is it billable to review emails? Obviously We have to review emails to know what is going on but sometimes there isn’t an obvious purpose for why we had to review it and sometimes there is no need to respond either. Asking 4th to 6th years because I have a feeling how billable some things are depends on how senior you are and the more senior you are the less billable certain things are. Enlighten me!!
