My current CTC is around 7lpa, I asked for 20lpa to a company, for a role in Pharmaceutical Analytics Domain.
The HR told me something along the lines of "who do you think you are, people with such low incomes shouldn't dream so big".

Did I ask for too much? Do I not deserve such a hike?
