My desi people in US, how do you generate multiple source of income while being on visa?

Hi all. Trying to move from the US to France to be with my partner. Anybody able / willing to help provide insight for getting a visa and sponsorship? Which companies are likely to sponsor an American? I have a B2 level of French. Hoping to stay in ESG / sustainability, but willing to be flexible. Thanks!

How would this play out during conflict check: Had a Chase credit card default during law school. Collection agency filed suit in small claims as Chase bank’s assignee. Settled very quickly and voluntarily dismissed by collection agency. Potential firm has presented/is representing Chase in matters. Is this going to be an issue? Will new firm need a waiver from chase? What are the chances of rescinding offer?

Is it possible to switch from consulting to ibanking with a STEM background while on H1B? Or does USCIS care that your education and background fits perfectly into the little description? Job I’m interested in says STEM/business/finance UG required (it’s a capital markets role) but I’m unsure of how this would work (never switched jobs before on H1B). TIA!
