My doctor told me to eat anything that I can keep down… I’ve lost a lot of weight in first trimester. He said that as long as you are taking care of you - the baby will get what it needs (from your teeth, your hair, your vitamins, etc.) so as long as you are keeping it down, keep at it mama!

Same! Except I’m 25 weeks now and the food aversions haven’t budged much. Guess these will be baby’s favorite foods

I’ve taken Adderall for several years & it has helped a lot for my ADHD. However, recently I have been increasingly overwhelmed with balancing work, school, & home life. I am really struggling to manage my symptoms even while taking the maximum ER dosage. I recently started taking Strattera as well, but haven’t noticed much improvement. My doctor has suggested switching to Vyvanse instead. What are your thoughts on Vyvanse vs Adderall? Has anyone has had more success with it?

Things ended with a guy I really liked because he is in a depressive episode and says he doesn’t have energy to give to the relationship. Things were so good. We were so happy. I know I can’t blame him for this as he has mental health issues he’s working through, but damn this sucks.

Post busy season. Nice to have a home cooked meal again. Roasted chicken just of the oven. I slathered it in a rosemary, thyme, parsley garlic butter compound with a splash of Chardonnay. The house smells amazing. I think the husband will be pleased when he gets home?

First time was last week. I freaked out. Went to doc, they said everything is fine.
A few days later it started again. Very light, brown.

Random thought. I would describe the tiredness you feel in pregnancy like a heavy stone tied to you that just drags you down and you’re too tired to care or try to fight it.

For me it’s not super constant or frequent but when I get that tired I feel like I become part of my mattress. 😂😴

6w3d and have had manageable nausea for the past few days but since early this morning I have felt horrendous. The absolute sickest I have ever felt. Please give me remedies for acid reflux. Tums just isn’t cutting it anymore. Did anyone else have really bad acid reflux and do something/eat something/take something besides tums that worked ?
