My doc sent me the wrong prescription this month (20 mg IR, which was my old prescription, instead of 30 mg XR). I forgot how bad the IR headaches and crash were…

It’s probably a pain in the ass, but can you not take it back to pharmacy and have doc write the correct prescription for the rest of the month? Its not really right for a patient to have to just accept the wrong prescription.

I mean, it’s functional for now. Not quite like getting the wrong blood pressure meds. I was on the IR until about 3 months ago anyway.

My doctor arranges for a courier to deliver my meds, so it’s a huge help most of the time but a hassle to get anything returned. (Pharmacy near me is always out of my prescription and “remembering to pick up my meds” is one of those hilarious-not-hilarious ADHD things my brain won’t do.) My next prescription appointment is in a week and a half. I’ll get it corrected then.

True story: the same thing happened to me in July (but flipped - I was given my old XR RX instead of my newer IR RX). Trust me when I say I feel your pain and wish you best of luck in the interim ♥️

The difference is Close to 5L. Can anybody through some light here. I have a YOE of 4Y and tech stack- Java/MS/ React. EY is offering 10.5 fixed.

Another billing question, this one for the litigators: what are your go-to narratives for all of the time that gets sucked up by dealing with emails on super active cases? I’m newly assigned to a matter that actually requires task billing instead of block billing AND that has tons of email traffic that I have to read—but not necessarily act on—to stay on top of the case.

Share your best work tips and tricks! Don’t know how I didn’t think to do this years ago, but that’s about 50 fewer distractions each day since I’m one of those people who checks every email notification.

Tips for just getting started, with the day especially, or even just a bad task later on after a few productive hours? I’ve been trying to figure out dosage and medication over the past month and wanted some insight from people who may have more experience with diff doses. I started with 5mg Adderall for 2 weeks but it stopped being effective around the 4-5th day. I switched to 10 mg for a week and it was good but a bit up and down, so switched to Vyvanse 30 mg for a week, which was too strong. I’m now on 15 mg Adderall, but it feels like I can’t concentrate and I’m scattered. Question in comments:
