What is the percent of hike I can expect if I was working below par in startup expecting it to grow and be part of the management when it would be big. Living in Chicago with SO. We both love our apt. a ton and has been a great experience. We both just started our first full time jobs. But I’ve been thinking a lot about the cost/benefit to finding a duplex/triplex and house hacking. I am paying $1050/mo. if you total rent, utilities and parking. To me it seems like house hacking I could cut my living expense very close to 0 if I do it right. To me it seems like a great move if I can handle the extra effort that comes with it? Crazy to do this?

I've been thinking for the past few months about getting a dog. I live in the city, so I've been thinking of getting a dog that is small and the type of breed is happy living in an apartment. Any breeders near New York City that you know? Or any breeds that you suggest?

I adopted a dog 2 months ago. She used to love going outside but recently she’s been very reluctant to go (hiding underneath the couch when I say walk or grab the leash, stopping and sitting on the walk). I’m in NYC so it’s getting colder but I bought her jackets which she seems to tolerates, bring high value treats and take her to the dog park on some walks but it doesn’t seem to be helping much. I try not to force her every time but as a result she has been having more accidents. Any advice?
