House size shouldn’t dictate crate size. His size should.

this. the guide for a dog crate is the dog's size. when getting a puppy they usually say get a big crate they'll grow into but get a divider. usually because dogs don't do their business where they sleep - given that, the perfect size would make sure they are just comfortable to sleep in there and not do any funny business. when they get bigger, the divider moves and eventually you wouldnt need it anymore.

Anyone here have experience with a vanishing twin? Went to eight week ultrasound and there was one healthy baby but also an empty sac. The nurse practitioner said it should not be a danger for the remaining baby but it will make genetic testing more difficult. I’m also reading online that risk of complications is higher with a vanished twin. Anyone been there? Was it ok? Could you still have genetic testing with hope of accurate results?

I'm done with this app. People are talking about that parents don't have the right to know if their kid wants to be called by a different pronoun and keeping things from parents. Makes me sick. I told them they're all fucked in the head. So I'll be booted soon. Good knowing some of you. Peace.

Burnt a ton of bridges in college for being brutally honest with people about how I felt in various situations. I’m still hurt that I lost most friends and my reputation went down the drain for being upfront with people and not taking a chill pill. I’ve moved on for the most part and have learned in the real world that leveraging EQ and playing ones cards right is better than always being upfront with people. Makes me sad but it seems to be the harsh reality

Hi! First time working with a larger company - suggestions on handling pronouns at work? I’ve worked with smaller agencies where it was easier to bring up. Now I’m on a larger team, talking to/referencing people I’ve never met. I’ve been structuring sentences to avoid gender specific pronouns but would love to hear suggestions. Thanks!
