I got verbal offer from oracle and bgv also initiated on Feb 23rd. On March 9th hr says position is waiting for approval at VP and BU level due to budget constraints. My notice period with current company ends on 31st March. What are the chances of getting offer letter? If so, what time frame can I expect?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

I work in insurance but I am trying to pivot into tech sales. I am having trouble explaining my metrics during interviews. For us, our KPI is based on a quota issued to each state. Ex Ma being 143%. Throughout Ma, we have multiple offices but my office, in particular, is currently at 260% of quota. I have brought in 60,000 of sales for our team.
