What tax/financial gymnastics do you use to maximize the gSU benefits? I go first:

- pay the gSU vest tax by selling the newly vest stock to gain more liquidity v. Paying the tax outta payslip
- sell gSU, if u have to, after 1st yr of gSU ownership for capital gain/loss tax treatment
- use gSU as an asset to guarantee loans and mortgages. Some financial institutions accept gSU as an eligible sset

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.

How are feedbacks from different quarterly cycles decide year end ratings?

Or is it simply that Counsellors and SM's sit and decide on ratings and hikes for the counselees??
