Follow the flow and seek other opportunities. Your compensation could be below current market value. Reach out and connect with your former colleagues and see if the culture / wlb / and career opportunities are better. You won’t know until you ask.

Me and most of my team recently left a company. We all found 100% remote jobs with better flexibility and benefits, including compensation. It really depends why you would want to leave, but there are many places hiring that are offering better WLB, etc. If you’re happy, then there’s no reason to look. But it can also feel grim knowing there’s no one else left. Does your company have trouble recruiting new people? And also retaining talent elsewhere?
So far 2 out of 4 more money. I'm in 100% remote and WLB is amazing. They are also paying for my CPA designation. I wish they could entertain my teams offers. But I also think it's good promotions as well. Not a lot of that going around... :/

It means that your team members are expendable and it costs less in long run to bring in newer cheaper talent. If they worth keeping, offers would have been matched or entertained anyway.
