My EOY review is coming up. Here I plan to lobby for a promotion/raise (been at company for 1.5 yrs). Some backstory: During my hiring process I was told by my now boss and VP they were also going to hire a senior engineer to help me along. They never hired such senior engineer because I have over performed and do more than they thought I could (have been told this in 2 performance reviews). Thus, is it fair to ask for a raise and promotion to Senior engineer?

Offer is Base 135k, $147k equity vested quarterly over 4 years, 15-20% performance bonus, sign on 12k in HCOL. I currently work in IBM, and got offer from Bosch.
Yoe: 4y
current CTC 10LPA
Offer CTC 15LPA, level 51.

I've asked for 18LPA which was initially agreed but later they said they cannot give more than 15LPA saying for my experience, they cannot offer more. Is this a good offer that I can consider and join Bosch? Is 15LPA a good pay for level 51?

I am confused as IBM is willing to revise my pay. Apart from Pay, will joining Bosch be good for my career?
